Description

We’re seeking a proactive, independent, and visionary co-founder to join Rising Rooted as CMO. This role is ideal for a woman passionate about women's empowerment, community building, and growing impactful, purpose-driven brands.

You’ll lead all marketing efforts, including social media strategy, email marketing, and online ads (e.g., Facebook/Instagram), with the primary goal of expanding our outreach and growing the Rising Rooted online community.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and membership growth.
Manage content creation and campaigns across social media platforms.
Lead email marketing and create automated funnels for conversions.
Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
Collaborate on brand storytelling and audience engagement initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly for community-driven businesses or online memberships.
Strong understanding of women's empowerment, cyclical living, or wellness industries (or a keen interest).
Data-driven mindset to analyze performance and refine strategies.
Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
