What Drives Us

Mission

Our mission is to meaningful reduce long-term unemployment for neurodiverse community, in particularly individuals with ADHD & Autism. The long-term unemployment rate for this group is in excess of 80%! We aim to reduce this by helping these talented individuals find their ideal job matches, the type of workplaces they can thrive in. Our long-term vision is to augment traditional career services offices allowing them to improve career services engagement rates, while serving more students.
