We solve this by offering a programmable database and backend in one, which enables developers to send requests directly from the frontend to the database using an imperative query language—putting them in full control of how data is retrieved—while eliminating ORMs, REST layers, and boilerplate; and because the database user is the app user, there’s no injection surface and everything is testable end-to-end.
